14-day refund

If Gon is not right for you, email support@getgon.app within 14 days of purchase with the email you used to buy. We will refund you in full. No forms, no long questions.

What happens to your license

After a refund the license stops working and Gon returns to scan-only mode. Gon never deletes or touches your data because of this. Anything it moved to the Trash can still be restored from the Trash.

Try before you buy

Scanning is free, so you can see exactly what Gon would clean before you pay.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Timing depends on your bank.
